Lyndsey Girod Ramsey
Lyndsey's career began in the soil — studying its characteristics and writing conservation plans alongside farmers, where the lesson took root early: what lies beneath the surface decides what stands above it.
Her work started in science, data, mapping, and careful reading of a landscape. Ever since, Lyndsey has carried her discipline outward, putting it to work for a far greater circle: farmers, organizations, and the communities they hold together. Along her journey, Lyndsey learned to listen at scale to thousands of members, volunteers, and board members, to turn what people say into direction they're proud to own.
